2 oz Revel Reposado
.75 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz watermelon juice
.75 oz habanero-infused agave syrup
2 sprigs of cilantro
1 Barspoon of Tio Pepe Fino Sherry

Shake all ingredients and fine-strain over rocks in a double old fashioned glass.Float sherry on top of the drink. Garnish with a piece of habanero and a cilantro sprig.
