1.5 oz Revel Blanco
.75 oz Giffard’s Pamplemousse Liqueur
.5 oz fresh lime juice
1.5 oz grapefruit juice
2 oz soda
Shake all ingredients except soda in a tin. Double strain over ice into a large wine glass rimmed with black lava salt. Top with soda.
