1 oz Revel Blanco
1 oz Duquesne Rhum Blanc
1 oz heavy cream
2 fresh raspberries
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
1 oz soda water
Add ½ oz soda water to bottom of collins glass and set aside. Dry shake all ingredients, add ice, wet shake for 1-2 minutes. Double strain into collins glass, tap bottom of the glass with muddler or spoon before adding the rest of the soda water.
*Garnish: one fresh raspberry
